Standard Screenwall/Noise Barrier Slatwall Series
Dura-Crete's standard series wall system offers panels up to 3" thick in
two different patterns and a multitude of colors. The system incorporates
interlocking tongue and groove panels and concrete posts that span up to 10' on
center. Heights up to 8' tall can be achieved when using the S-series panel and
concrete posts. Virtually any height can be achieved by incorporating our
S-series panels with our Heavy Duty series concrete or steel columns.
Dura-Crete's unique and flexible wall system offers you all the options you
could possibly imagine. Architects, designers, contractors, and owners have the
freedom to create practical, permanent, wall systems that are in total harmony
with their surrounding while still remaining cost effective.

Heavy Duty Screenwall/Noise Barrier Slatwall Series
Increased panel thickness/steel reinforcement - available in
Vertex, Offset, and Smooth Panel Designs. Like Dura-Crete's S-series wall system, the
Heavy Duty System (HD Series) offers all the features a wall should have:
Privacy. permanence, maintenance free, easy to install, pleasing to the eye, and
very economical.Dura-Crete's HD-series wall system offers panels of 4" and greater in
thickness with high strength concrete and increased epoxy coated reinforcement.
The Heavy Duty series system is designed for high traffic areas, D.O.T.
applications, machinery / noise enclosures, and high security containment areas.
The system incorporates interlocking tongue and groove panels and a choice of
either steel or concrete posts to accommodate virtually any height.
NOISE BARRIER: Designed in accordance with 1989 AASHTO
Guide to Specifications for Structural Design of Noise Barriers and ACI-318.
WIND LOAD DESIGN: Designed up to 100 MPH wind
load.
HEIGHTS: Standard Heights from 8" up to 10'.
Additional heights may be designed upon request.
NOISE ABSORPTION: NRC coefficient of 0.50.
CONCRETE STRENGTH: 400 PSI at 28 days.
PANELS: Tongue and groove, lock into each other for
stability and noise protection.
WEIGHT: Standard density concrete with additives,
weighs approximately 150 PCF.
MATERIAL: Zero slump, reinforced pre-cast
concrete.
FREEZE THAW CYCLES: Excellent durability. (Test
results available)
REINFORCING STEEL: Epoxy coated, Grade 60 rebar
eliminates any chance of corrosion.
POSTS: Concrete or steel I-beams.
FOUNDATIONS: Standard foundations designed for 22 PSF
and soil compaction of 95%.
COLORS: Available in natural gray and two earth
tones.(Custom colors available upon request) |
